I thrive on learning new things, both in my personal and professional life. My interests are varied and I love a challenge.  When I began learning about Instructional Design, I realized it was the perfect fit for me.  It combined my love of technology, my desire to learn and disseminate information, and my passion for teaching. 

My professional background has always revolved around learning and development, from teaching to my experience in the corporate environment in project management, training and as a business analyst.  

I am flexible, hard-working, and dedicated to making a difference. I have built strong and lasting relationships, and I genuinely enjoy collaborating with diverse groups. Whether it's working alongside different teams, engaging with people from various backgrounds, or navigating through different viewpoints, I bring a deep respect for everyone's perspectives. I believe in fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and heard. My approach is all about open communication, and empathy. I'm committed to making a positive impact in whatever position I hold.
